Direct Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team and make a difference in the lives of those we serve.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on assistance to individuals with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders
  • Supervise and engage individuals in recreational activities and community outings
  • Assist individuals in setting and achieving personal goals
  • Document progress and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals at all times

If you have a knack for problem-solving, a positive attitude, and a willingness to go above and beyond for those in need, then you're the DSP we're looking for!

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
